Change country  Colliers International Finland becomes Tallberg's rental management partner  24 Sep 2020  Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj and Oy Julius Tallberg Ab and Colliers International Finland Oy have signed an agreement starting on 1 November 2020 for rental management services for Tallberg's properties.  The accuracy of customer, lease and property information creates the foundation for high-quality customer service and enables efficient rental of premises and management of real estate assets. The aim of the cooperation is to make the rental of premises owned by Tallberg more efficient and improve customer service. Tallberg's own organization will focus on renting premises and developing its real estate development projects in the future.   “With this agreement, we want to ensure that good customer satisfaction is maintained and the value of our properties develops positively. Colliers will be a good partner in achieving this goal. Through the cooperation, Tallberg aims to further strengthen the company’s strategic position in the increasingly competitive property market in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and to meet customer demands. The reforms will also enable the expansion of operations and the company’s growth in the future,” says Timo Valtonen, CEO of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.  “We are excited about the cooperation with Tallberg. As a family company, it is important for the customer that we share their strategy of customer orientation and smooth tenant cooperation.
